Fiitalent manufacturing center is located in Linjiang Industrial Park, Pingnan, Guangxi, with a modern standard workshop of 25,000 square meters and a total investment of over 150 million yuan.

We devote ourselves to every aspect of carbon fiber frame manufacturing, importing high modulus ultra-light carbon yarns above T700, weaving them into carbon cloth from scientific mechanical angles, and then fusing them closely with epoxy resin to achieve ultra-high performance requirements. The carbon cloth is then laid on the surface of the mold, and the arrangement and stacking angle are standardized according to the optimal performance target. Finally, the carbon cloth is demolded at high temperature through the one-piece molding process and a series of fine surface treatment to create the pinnacle of ultra-light technology.

The factory has a complete product production chain, including mold department, injection department, IQC inspection room, SMT workshop, assembly workshop, research laboratory, packaging workshop, finished product inspection OQC, intelligent storage and other workshops, strict control of all aspects of product production, the implementation of comprehensive quality management.

The main machinery and equipment include injection molding machine, pad printing machine, punching machine, spark machine, ultrasonic machine, oil spraying line, grinding machine, wire cutting machine, SMT automatic placement machine, laser engraving machine, high frequency machine, semi-automatic printing machine, reflow soldering machine more than 13 kinds.

The testing process includes ESD test, air tightness test, high and low temperature test, simulated vibration test, key life test, drop test, etc.
